In today’s transformation, we’d like to highlight the incredible fitness journey of Kayden Craig. Read on, enjoy, and you can thank us later for the (massive) dose of inspiration.
Tell us about your transformation and what inspired it.
I have always been into fitness. It was a lifestyle. In 2015 I had an accident which landed me in a wheelchair. Never knowing if I would walk again, I quickly gained 100 lbs. I could not get the weight off. Even though I pushed myself to the limits, I’d lose a few pounds, but then gain it right back.

I finally decided to quit my 9-5 and open a café. That meant I needed to do everything I could to be mobile. I started going to the gym more, and went from only being able to stand for an hour to being able to be on my feet for a full shift.
I have taken so many pre workouts in my time, and I would always plateau, get sick of a flavor, or just lose motivation.
I have been taking Woke AF (BLACK) consistently. I’ve broken my plateau, and I have more motivation in the gym than ever before. I actually get excited to take my pre workout (My favorite thing to do is mix it in applesauce). Tastes phenomenal. I am almost down to pre accident weight and, frankly, I feel amazing.
What was your goal? How did you reach it?
To get back to my pre-accident weight (to lose 100lbs).
Woke AF (BLACK) has definitely been a staple in my routine.
I reached my goal by focusing on every aspect of that aforementioned goal: Focusing on exercise, nutrition and self care. If I had a bad day I didn’t let it ruin my week. If I had a bad hour it didn’t ruin my day. If I missed a protein shake I made sure to get the next one.
What was your biggest obstacle and how did you overcome it?
Biggest obstacle was motivation, for sure. I didn’t feel strong like I used to. I didn’t like people staring at me in my wheelchair.
Regarding how I overcame that obstacle, I’d say that my new love for my Pre workout, as well as telling people about different ways of doing things, has been a serious driving factor. Those help keep me going.
How has Bucked Up helped with your journey?

Oh Yes!!!!
Woke AF BLACK (Island Fusion) is a must have.
Buck Feed Whey Protein and RACKED BCAAs are staples as well.
What makes Bucked Up different from other supplements you have tried?
I don’t get sick of the flavor and I love how it makes me feel.
What do you do for motivation?
Keep telling myself, I’m stronger than yesterday.
I will often share my journey of being in a wheelchair to help inspire other. Truth be told, it inspires me too.
Honestly if I’m not motivated I look back to where I was, and at how far I’ve come. That motivates me. My friends and family motivate me. My business motivates me.
What are your favorite Bucked Up products and flavors?
What was the one thing that most impacted your success?
It’s truly difficult to specify exactly what the one thing would be, because the following three have so profoundly helped me in my success.
- Support from my family, friends, and network people.
- Being completely vulnerable and open about my journey.
- Remembering where I came from.

Any advice you’d like to give to people looking to start their own journey? *
Stay with it; you are your own worst critic.
You might not see the results right away, but take pictures and put them in an album and forget about it.
Stay on a consistent plan, and, perhaps most importantly…
Stay WOKE (AF)!
