On this week’s edition of Transformation, we’re featuring Dillon Dodge, who has lost an astounding 150 pounds. All in less than a year…so yeah, that’s insane (in the best possible way).

It all started when I woke up and got ready for work. As I sat down to put my boots on I realized I was out of breath. I got up looked at myself in the mirror and said I need to make a change for myself.
On my way back from work one day I stopped at my local gym. They were doing a special sign up where it was only $2 to get started and lucky enough going through tough times that’s all I had to my name.
After that day everything had changed for me. I got in a meal plan provided from my mom, got my macros in place and started my journey.
I would wake up every morning at 4am and head to the gym. Have a great workout and head to work right after. As 5pm would come along and work was done. I headed right back at the gym.
I did this for 5 consecutive months and was able to drop 150lbs and still counting to this day.
If I have any advice to anyone trying to make a change for themselves, find something that makes you push yourself to the limits. I ended up getting a bracket that says “Prove Them Wrong”.
Every time I felt like giving up I would look at it. Every time i needed that extra motivation in a lift, that bracelet was right there to point me in the right direction.

Tell us about your transformation and what inspired it.
It all started when I would get out of breath doing the smallest things, putting on my boots, getting dressed. And when I would look in the mirror and tell myself I need to make a change.
What was your biggest obstacle and how did you overcome it?
First has been the biggest obstacle to overcome. I just tell myself if I wanted change I had to stick to it 100%

I just tell myself everyday to prove them wrong.
