Have you been looking for a creamer that can help keep you focused throughout your day, and even aid in your fitness goals? Then behold the greatness that is Cognitive Creamer.

The problem with most coffee creamers is…well…there’s a lot. Either they’re filled with sugar, or they’re made with processed milk, and I could go on. Sure, there are some decent options out there, with healthy ingredients, but if you’re anything like me, decent doesn’t cut it.

The only creamer that belongs in coffee (or any beverage for that matter) is one that’s more than merely macro-friendly. What you really want is something formulated with more than just macros in mind. Which is why you need Cognitive Creamer.

This focus-enhancing coffee additive is loaded with ingredients for focus such as healthy fats and clinically studied nootropics so that you can mix something into your coffee that can truly help you excel.

In this article you will learn (in order):

  • The legend of how Cognitive Creamer came into being
  • The Benefits of Cognitive creamer
  • The “stats” — why this nootropic creamer is the ultimate macro-friendly coffee additive
  • The Key Ingredients, and their functions
  • If Cognitive Creamer is right for you (it is)
  • How Cognitive Creamer will affect a fast
  • What to mix Cognitive Creamer with (not just coffee!)
  • When to take Cognitive Creamer for optimal results

How a coffee creamer geared toward focus and fat loss came into existence

Jose the all-powerful alchemist (with a bad sweet tooth) sat in his car, jonesing for sugar, wishing he had better brain function, discipline, and willpower. His car was parked outside of a donut shop, ready to throw it all away on addiction. He had been in this parking lot for approximately forty two minutes.

Each minute the cravings grew worse. Things were looking bad. And it was only 11:00am. He knew he shouldn’t have left the safety of his office, but couldn’t actually remember the events of the morning. When had he even left? He didn’t recall that…weird.

The Monday had started off so well. He’d made his goals the night prior: to get his next-level aesthetics back via a mix of Fasting, keto and carb-cycling, and intense workouts powered by his favorite pre-workout mix:

  • Bucked Up Energy — one hour pre-workout
  • Woke AF + PUMP-OCALYPSE — twenty minutes pre-workout
    • (It would not be inaccurate to say he had a stimulant problem)

But something had gone terribly, terribly wrong. Someone had inception’d maple donut bars into his brain, and from there, his life had become a vicious spiral. He was truly out of control this time.

It was as though someone else had started the car, found the coupons in his glove compartment, and had then driven to the nearby grocery store (he didn’t even go somewhere IG story-worthy, what was he becoming, surely a monster of some sorts). And by the time he’d gotten to the parking lot, his hands were shaking.

He did what any logical person overwhelmed by temptation would do. He caved. Then, while sobbing uncontrollably in his car (the seats laid down all the way, which made for optimum fetal position sobbing whilst devouring his dozen maple bars), he meditated on what had made him fall so far from grace.

And that’s when the answers flooded into his brain.

The fitness, cognitive catastrophe had all started because he’d used the wrong Coffee Creamer.

This sugary coffee creamer, which had seemed innocence enough with only 3g of sugar had triggered his insulin, and from there, well…see above.

“It’s not my fault,” he cried, pulling another maple bar from the box. “It’s these creamers! None of them do what they’re supposed to!”

That night, while contemplating (although dwelling would be more accurate) that day’s shortcomings, he began a dialogue with his friend, Mr. Stizzy. “There’s gotta be a way to mimic the effects of fasting — improved quality of life, enhanced ketosis, sharpened mental focus, and accelerated fat loss — without feeling like I’m dying. Oh, Stizz. Please, provide me the answers I so dearly desire.”

As it would turn out, our heroic alchemist discovered that he had the answer all along. Mr. Stizzy just had to remind him of his own innate powers.

Jose stirred. “I think I…no. I know I have it!”

And then, taking his vast knowledge and calling upon his powers of perception, the alchemist raced to his beaker-filled dungeon and got to work, testing potions and ingredients. Which is, to say, he grabbed a pen, a pad, and started jotting down his ideas.

Three days later, he rose from his cave with the formula in hand, shouting, Eureka! I’ve done it. He had come up with a nootropic coffee creamer that could accelerate fat loss, would be keto-friendly, gut friendly, and even had all the necessary ingredients for enhanced cognitive function and focus.*

Better still, there was only to be 1 single gram of net carbs in the revolutionary coffee creamer. With this, he thought, I will rule the world. Then, he realized how villainous that sounded and corrected his thoughts to, With this, those with ambitions and goals will finally have a coffee creamer that will truly help them succeed. And together, we shall save the world.

It was a grandiose thought, but he was accustomed to those.

Cognitive Creamer: Benefits of a Nootropic Coffee Creamer

I won’t go into too much detail with all the benefits right here, because otherwise it’d just become redundant, and no one wants that. As such, below is just a brief overview of some of the benefits that can come from including Cognitive Creamer into your daily routine.

  • Mental Focus: The brain matters. Especially if you’re anywhere near as ambitious as we suspect you are.*
  • Cognitive Function: Because isn’t that the point of drinking coffee? I mean, it’s either that or you just need your daily fix.*
  • Deepened Ketosis: I trust your brain already connected the dots here*
  • Mitochondria Function: Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell.*
  • Sustained Energy & Stamina: Tri-force of healthy fats including MCT oil for quick fuel*
  • Satiation and Curved Cravings: Healthy fats, and FiberSmart
  • No Artificial Sugars: sweetened with Stevia.

Read on to get the thorough breakdown on how these benefits occur. Because, naturally, it all comes down to the quality ingredients.

What’s in Bucked Up Cognitive Creamer that makes it an effective nootropic coffee additive?

To start off, let’s talk stats. Whether you’re a math nerd, sports geek, or (like me), video game and book nerd, you’ve used the word before. When I refer to stats in regards to nutrition, though, I’m referring to the nutrition facts. Yes, I could have saved some words and just said nutrition facts, but that’s boring and I prefer to gamify pretty much anything I can. We’re all living in a simulation, so might as well, right?

The stats of Cognitive Creamer are, to put it eloquently, freaking dope.

  • 90 calories
  • 8 grams of fat
    • 7g of saturated fat. Before you go full troll mode, saturated fats are a GOOD thing, and I’ll explain why later in the article for all you who still think saturated fat is unhealthy (if that’s you, I gotta ask: do you also think the Food Pyramid promotes health, and believe the earth is flat? smh)
  • 1 gram net carbs
    • (5g carbs, 4g fiber)

The reason I believe these stats are freaking dope is because they’re enough to keep you satiated, and add healthy fuel to get you through your busy day. But they’re not so significant that they’ll trigger a massive metabolic response. (I’ll go into greater detail on this formula and Fasting later in the article, so if you’re a faster, make sure to read that part.)

Cognitive Creamer comes in three delicious flavors, too:

  1. Pumpkin Spice
  2. Hazelnut
  3. Vanilla Ice Cream

Coffee’s Favorite Cognitive Creamer — Ingredients For Fat Loss, Focus, Ketosis, etc:

The ingredients in Cognitive Creamer are similar to any of our products; clinically studied, non-proprietary, and epic. Read on to get the full breakdown or feel free to grab yours now, using this handy little link.

We did, however, add one ingredient to it that we can’t put on a label. It’s an ancient form of transformative, ritualistic magic often used by power-hungry, knowledge-seeking alchemists called blood magic. This is obviously a lie; we’d never succumb to our dark desires and use something so potentially evil as blood magic — we used radiant magic.

Anyway, here are the actual ingredients you can expect to find in our creamer.

A Closer Look At Cognitive Creamer’s Key Ingredients

Tri-Force of Healthy Fats:

For the fuel source, Cognitive Creamer utilizes MCT Oil Powder (as trademarked goMCT), Coconut Oil Powder, and Grass-fed Ghee Powder (as trademarked goFAT).

MCT Oil Powder (as goMCT)

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) have been shown time and time again to be an effective, quick source of zero-carb energy. Because MCTs are a shorter fatty acid chain, they tend to go directly to the liver. As a result, the body uses them as a quick source of energy or turns them into ketones.

So, when you have MCTs, they have the benefits of being quick energy like glucose, but without the massive insulin response. This makes MCTs the best of both worlds: fast-acting, and sustainable.*

If that wasn’t enough, MCTs can increase the number of calories your body burns compared with longer-chain fatty acids when combined with exercise.* (00 ) In fact, one study found that eating 15-30 grams of MCTs per day increased 24-hour energy expenditure by 5%. (00)

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is great medium for sustainable energy, because it has some MCTs in it, while also having LCTs (long chain triglycerides) which don’t get pulled from for energy as quickly, making for optimal, long lasting energy.*

Because Coconut oil is a rich source of MCTs, it may help to further power Cognitive Creamer’s ability to reduce hunger.* This could be related to the way the body metabolizes fats, because ketones can reduce appetite.* (00)

A reduction in appetite can lead to more focus (since you don’t have to dream about lunch all throughout the morning), and improve mood. Obviously being hangry isn’t ideal for productivity.

Furthermore, Coconut Oil also boasts benefits such as:

  • May raise HDL (good) cholesterol* (00)
  • May promote healthy skin, hair* (00
  • Supports a thriving brain* (00)

Grass-fed Ghee Powder

To finish off the Tri-Force of healthy fats, we have Grass-fed Ghee Powder (as the trademarked goFAT), which as anyone who has ever looked into keto knows, is clarified butter. And it’s creamy deliciousness.

This special superfood has been revered as a prize in India for thousands of years, and many Ayurvedic practitioners consider ghee a supreme health tonic.

Aside from being a healthy source of fats for sustained energy, ghee is a potent food for brain health.* There are a variety of reasons for this:

Saturated Fat: Few people realize this, but saturated fat is actually essential for proper brain health. Ghee happens to be one of the highest quality and healthiest sources of saturated fat available. Yes, saturated fats have been demonized in the past, but really, think about all the times something has been demonized over the years only to be discovered as healthy later. I’ll resist the temptation to mention social and science based examples — in case one of you reading is an easily offended Karen — but here’s a few examples of foods once considered unhealthy, now shown to be extremely beneficial.

  • Eggs
  • Grass-fed butter
  • Coffee
  • Salt

Brain Nutrients: Even greater is that ghee contains choline and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which are important brain nutrients. Choline acts as a precursor to essential neurotransmitters like acetylcholine, which plays a significant role in memory and learning. Omega-3 fatty acids have a surplus of important roles in brain health, from increasing neurotransmitter production to increasing gray matter in the ol’ dome.*

Curved Cravings, Brain Function, and More

Now that we have the healthy fats complex out of the way, here are the rest of the key ingredients found within Cognitive Creamer.

FiberSmart soluble tapioca fiber

We included FiberSmart to help increase satiation and curve cravings.* Because as we all know, few things are more distracting than feeling hungry, daydreaming about donuts. And it’s no secret that even fewer things hinder goals like giving into those donut cravings.

If you’ve spent any time in the fitness community, you’ve heard about this non-essential amino acid. As a vasodilator, it’s one of the most well-known nitric oxide producers around. It works by relaxing blood vessels to allow for a more effective delivery of oxygenated nutrients to tissues — such as muscles and the brain.* Optimal blood flow is commonly considered an important aspect of exercising, but it’s just as critical for daily productivity. Turns out that the brain benefits from oxygen. Weird.

Alpha-Lipoic Acid:

An organic compound that acts as a powerful antioxidant in the body, research suggests that Alpha-lipoic acid may play a role in health-related processes like weight loss when combined with exercise,* nerve function,* and even memory recall.*

For weight loss, it’s believed that Alpha-lipoic acid can be beneficial in how it can reduce the activity of an enzyme known as AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK). When AMPK is more active it may increase feelings of hunger. Alternatively, suppressing AMPK activity may increase how many calories your body burns when at rest.* (00)

It’s commonly believed that oxidative stress can play a severe role in memory loss. As an antioxidant, alpha-lipoic acid may also improve memory function by neutralizing free radicals and soothing inflammation.* To learn more about how free radicals can impair your wellbeing check out my article on the immune system

Perhaps the most renowned nootropic, Huperzine-A is a substance that comes from the Chinese club moss; this plant has an extensive history of use in Chinese medicine as a memory sharpener. One study found that when subjects took two 50mcg daily doses a day over a 4 week period, the subjects showed improvements in memory and learning performance.* (00)

On top of this, Huperzine-A is also popular for being what’s called a cholinesterase inhibitor.* Cholinesterase is an enzyme that works to help the nervous system perform properly by breaking apart acetylcholine to help with nerve impulse transmission.*

Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt (PQQ):

Classified as a nootropic, PQQ is gaining popularity for its purported benefits with soothing inflammation and boosting mitochondrial function.*

Mitochondria is often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell, as they’re responsible for producing the energy that your cells require to stay healthy and function optimally.

Although more studies are needed, experts note that enhanced mitochondrial health could be behind several of the broad health claims associated with PQQ. To name a few:

  • Improved memory*
  • Boosted energy*
  • Sleep quality*
  • Decreased fatigue*

We included PQQ in Cognitive Creamer because we believe that optimizing mitochondrial function is key in optimizing production,* wellbeing,* and cognitive performance.*

What To Mix Cognitive Creamer In

We are an American company, and therefore, we drink coffee — because what’s more american than coffee? (Don’t answer that) Naturally, we had you, our fellow coffee lovers, in mind when we concocted Cognitive Creamer.

Be that as it may, Cognitive Creamer can effectively be mixed into a wide variety of beverages.

  • Tea (any kind except probably Ayahuasca tea)
  • Buck Feed grass-fed all natural Protein Powder
  • Collagen or Bone Broth
  • Bucked Up Keto Protein
  • Or, try mixing some Cognitive Creamer into some keto no-bake fat bombs

Who Should Not Take Cognitive Creamer? (Your foes and their [orphaned] children.)

If you don’t like mental focus, mitochondria function, sustained energy, or some of the benefits commonly associated with ketosis, then Cognitive Creamer is not for you. Because really, if you’re not interested in those benefits, you have some deeper underlying issues you might want to address, like why it might be that you don’t want a better quality of life; you afraid to excel or are you just complacent?

Additionally, if one of your favorite parts of including a typical flavored creamer in your coffee is that glorious sugar crash an hour later, stay the hell away from this creamer as it’s formulated to delay any caffeine crash. Opt instead for your childish mocha frapp, some butterfinger flavored half-n-half, etc.

Important note: if you’re intaking caffeine in any form, you will eventually come down, because that’s just how caffeine works. It’s called the Law of Equivalent Exchange. That being said, Cognitive Creamer can help your energy and stamina* so that instead of crashing and burning in a delirium of hanger, your energy levels come to a gradual stop when they’re supposed to — at the end of the day. (which is fine, since by that time you’ll get your nootropic energy fix from BAMF anyway).

Others who shouldn’t take Cognitive Creamer:

  • Those adhering to a strict fasting protocol
  • Actually…fasting is the only logical reason I can think of not to take Cognitive Creamer. I mean, I guess if you don’t drink coffee then our creamer might not be for you, but if you don’t drink coffee, then…are you really living?
    • I’m kidding! Well, half kidding. I still question your life choices if you don’t drink coffee, but I am kidding about Cognitive Creamer only being for coffee drinkers. You can actually throw our creamer into any beverage, and still get the same nootropic, energizing, ketogenic benefits!

Who Should Take Cognitive Creamer?

In the section above, I listed some things that would steer people away from our coffee creamer: mental focus, mitochondria function, sustained energy, deepened ketosis.

If those sound appealing to you, that’s good news. It means you have a healthy mindset. You are absolutely the right fit for integrating Cognitive Creamer into your morning to support your ambitious lifestyle.

Will Cognitive Creamer Break a Fast?

Cognitive Creamer will break a fast. However, it won’t cause an absurd insulin response. It has 4 grams of dietary fiber and only one net carb, which is ideal for satiation and keeping those insulin levels low (for those fasting, you want your insulin levels low or down to zero, because the benefits that come with fasting are largely due to the way your body starts responding once its insulin levels are drastically down).

Additionally, because Cognitive Creamer also has only 8g of fat per serving, its metabolic response isn’t too much. As a result, it can actually deepen ketosis.*

In other words, because the metabolic response is so small and the benefits are so vast, it really comes down to risk vs reward. More often than not, we fast for fat loss, health, and focus. Cognitive Creamer can have such a positive impact on those areas that it makes sense to add it to your tool belt. (think of it like you might apple cider vinegar, the benefits outweigh the technicality.)

To summarize this, if you’re adhering to a fasting protocol for medical reasons then Cognitive Creamer might not be your best bet on those fasting days. But if you are experimenting with Intermittent Fasting for its benefits in fat loss, muscle growth, neuroprotection, etc, then Cognitive Creamer is definitely your go to.

When To Take Cognitive Creamer

Realistically, you could mix Cognitive Creamer into a beverage anytime of the day, so I won’t dare try and dictate your daily routine. If you’re a night owl with some serious late night Netflix bingeing to catch up on, then by all means, mix your cognitive creamer in with your midnight coffee.

Alternatively, if you’re cramming for a mid-term, finishing that nine-page essay that’s due tomorrow, or finally getting around to whatever it is you’ve put off until the last minute, again (because assignments are more fun if you’re on the verge of a panic attack) then by all means, mix some Cognitive Creamer into your coffee and get to work.

While you’re at it, you might as well mix some Original BCAAs and PUMP-OCALYPSE together — in a different shaker — so you can maintain optimal levels of cellular hydration to offset your stim addiction. I’m not kidding, this combo actually works* (for legal reasons, I have to tell you that when I say “this combo works” I mean it works for me personally)

However, the most optimal time would be in the morning, to keep you satiated and focused throughout the day. You know, the time when normal, healthy “adults” do their work…he said, writing this at three in the morning (i.e. five hours before product launch)

For those of you Intermittent Fasters adhering to the traditional 16:8 window, I’d suggest switching out your first meal with Cognitive Creamer, and pushing the fast longer. You will still technically be breaking your fast, but breaking it with healthy fats and nootropics can increase the benefits, allowing you to burn fat for a longer period of time.*

As an example, let’s say you are currently fasting between 10:00pm and 2:00pm, you might try doing this instead:

  • Once 2:00pm rolls around, enjoy a creamy and delicious coffee with some Cognitive Creamer. (You know you’re going to be drinking some form of stimulant at 2:00pm anyway).
  • Then have yourself some Keto Protein or Buck Feed around 3:30 or 4:00.
  • Note: if you train in the evening, try incorporating days where you have your creamer an hour or two before you lift and skip your pre-workout meal altogether, as this can help you burn even more fat, and elicit a greater post-workout G+H response.*

When to Buy Cognitive Creamer

This is an important question. Legend has it that for optimal results, you should order your cognitive creamer exactly 2-4 days prior to a full moon, so that you can open it under a full moon and as a result receive her transformative blessings. (Def not when Mercury is in Gatorade.)

However, a better, more practical way would be to use this link right now. I’ve imbued it with a special magic that will conjure up the Bucked Up webpage, as well as teleport you there, so you can begin your quest for cognitive glory.

Seriously, go get yourself some Cognitive Creamer. Like, now. While you’re at it, read about our stack for beginners.

You can thank me later.
