Tell us about your transformation and what inspired it.

After having a baby at 18 I thought I’d ever get my body back. I remember seeing a lot of other moms getting their abs, and thought you myself, If they can do it, so can I. I mean, how hard could it be?

As it just so happens, it could be (and was) really freaking hard. Ha! Imagine that.

What was your goal? How did you reach it?

My goal was to lose 50 pounds.

And, so far I’ve lost 78 pounds so…

I guess I surpassed those goals? I’m not complaining haha.

What was your biggest obstacle and how did you overcome it?

Figuring out my diet and finding time to workout was my biggest challenge. I overcame that obstacle by making my health a priority. From there, I made the gym work within my schedule and followed that step by adding in some slight changes to my diet.

And…that’s when I started to shed weight (like crazy, honestly).

Why did you choose Bucked Up?

Bucked Up has so many options of pre-workout and supplements; they cater to any body type and have different levels of intensity with their pre-workouts, which is another reason why I love Bucked Up!

How has Bucked Up helped with your journey?

It’s really increased my gains and made a huge difference at the gym

What makes Bucked Up different from other supplements you have tried?

Bucked Up actually tastes good so that’s the big one for me

What do you do for motivation?

Stay positive, Keep my goals in my mind always, and seeing the progression

What are your favorite Bucked Up products and flavors?

What was the one thing that most impacted your success?

Sticking to the grind. Consistency is key.

Any advice you’d like to give to people looking to start their own journey?

Start anywhere, don’t be overly hard on yourself, find balance with eating and exercising. And seriously, make sure to put your mental health first.

What is your Instagram handle, and do you want to be tagged in the photos?
